What is 1-on-1 Coaching?

  • One on one training features me and you working closely together to ensure you have the greatest possible chance at achieving your goals.

  • Think of hiring an in-person trainer, except instead of only meeting once per week, you will have the ability to communicate with me anytime during the week!

What’s Included in 1-on-1?

  • An introductory 45-60 minute Zoom Call to discuss your goals, health and workout history, nutrition, daily habits, and to formulate a solid plan for your needs.

  • 1 60minute Zoom call check in each week

  • A highly catered workout plan structured around your experience, equipment access, schedule, and goals

  • 1 on 1 assistance with nutrition to create a sustainable plan which allows for both flexibility and the ability to progress

  • 24 hour response to any question(s) you may have

  • Unlimited form checks - if you’re working out and you’re unsure about your form, send me a video and I’ll make necessary adjustments.

What you Won’t Get

  • What you'll never receive from me is a generic cookie cutter workout or a super low calorie goal with the promise of rapid fat loss achieved through unsustainable habits.

  • My mission is to help you create a plan that's realistic, help you kick ass in the gym, and help you dominate what you thought wasn't possible.

  • I'm going to do all the guesswork for you! All you gotta do is simply execute. Show up no matter what, and you will achieve your goals. 

How Much is 1-on-1 Coaching?

1 on 1 training will come to a monthly total of $150 ($37.50 per week) which can either be divided into four weekly payments or one single monthly payment.


Most gyms and in-person trainers will charge anywhere between $75 to $100+ for an hour long session. Here you'll pay just $37.50 per week which not only includes the weekly Zoom check in, but unlimited 24/7 access to any questions you have about your workouts, your nutrition, overall progress, and any roadblocks you may encounter along your journey!
