The Kettlebell Deadlift | Heney Fitness

The kettlebell deadlift is an amazing introduction to the traditional deadlift, which not only teaches you HOW to pick up heavy objects safety, but works/strengthens nearly every muscle on the back of the body as well.

KEY TIPS WHEN DEADLIFTING

1. Breathe in tight at the bottom and anchor yourself into the floor.

2. Press your feet through the floorboards as you sharply exhale through your mouth

3. Clench your butt cheeks as if you're holding in a fart while at the top.

4. While going down, point your butt back as if you're showing off 😏
