What is Optimal Health?

  • You are on a solely unique journey. You may come from different circumstance than others. The way your body reacts to exercise and diet is unlike any other. That may mean progress comes slower than someone else. As long as you’re consistent & give your best effort, you will see results!

  • We are designed to move! Trying our best to be as active as we can within our physical limits is profound in both physical and emotional health. Even lighter movements such as walking or moving your arms will promote longevity with healthier joints, better brain function, and improved mental health!

  • Although there’s nothing wrong with the occasional glass of wine or slice of pizza, we want to make sure we’re fueling our bodies with high quality food to maximize energy, physical capabilities, digestion, and brain function.

  • There's guaranteed going to be a time where you want to throw in the towel, binge, drink, or neglect your physical and mental health. Having a network of supportive friends, family, or even acquaintances who you trust to keep you going is essential for long term success!

  • You don't have to kill yourself in the gym or eat the caloric intake of a toddler to see progress! The approach taken to forever improving your health should be treated as a life long lifestyle, not some 12 week boot camp.

I believe high quality information on health, fitness, and nutrition should be accessible to everyone without bias.

My mission is to not only help you achieve your goals sustainably, but provide you unbiased information on all things health related!

I’ve done all the fad diets, I’ve been both very overweight & very underweight, I’ve had to navigate through eating disorders, and I’ve had to overcome gymtimidation. My mission is to help you win and make your results last forever!
